Position: Full-Time Veterinary Assistant

Are you a compassionate, experienced Veterinary Assistant looking to work in a supportive, fast-paced, and progressive animal hospital? VetMED Veterinary Hospital is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Veterinary Assistant to join our talented team!

Position Details

1. Schedule: Full-time (30+ hours/week)
2. Typically 3-4 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift
3. Occasional weekend coverage as needed (no regular shifts)
4. No regular Monday evening shifts required!
5. Compensation: $16-$18/hour Shift Differential - (20% increase available for urgent care shifts)

Clinic Hours

1. Sunday: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
2. Monday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Urgent Care: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
3. Tuesday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
4. Saturday: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Job Summary

The Veterinary Assistant aids and supports the medical support team in the operation of an animal facility in accordance with MVP policies. Provides medical care to patients as allowed by law.
