We are seeking a Veterinary Assistant with 3+ years of experience in veterinary settings who can handle anesthesia, dentistry, and general surgery support.

Qualifications

Our appointments are 30 to 60 minutes because we practice individualized medicine,and we prioritize the emotional well-being of our patients. Who You Are

• An assistant with at least 3 years of veterinary assistant or tech experience inappointments
• Someone who stays curious, looks for ways to keep improving, and genuinelywants to grow in this field

What Youll Do

Youll work 3540 hours per week (Mon-Fri with rotating Saturdays, plus occasionalkitty-boarding shifts). Your days will include:

• Assisting doctors in 30-60 minute appointments
• Fear Free handling
• Surgical prep
• Phlebotomy in the exam rooms, in front of the owners
• Radiographs (dental & full body)
• Administering vaccines, fluids, and injections
• Running IDEXX in-house labs
• Cytology, ear treatments, nail trims
• Laser and PulseVet therapies
• Filling prescriptions
• Keeping the clinic tidy
• Helping teammates grow
• Enjoying adorable puppy and kitten appointments
• Optional fun roles: videography, social events, clinic content creation
