Animal Emergency & Specialty Center (AESC) in Parker, CO is seeking an Anesthesia Technician to join our centralized anesthesia team. You will monitor anesthesia, assist with procedures, and ensure patient recovery across multiple specialties within a 24/7 hospital.

Qualifications

• At least two years of veterinary technician experience in a surgical or anesthesia-focused role.
• Registered Veterinary Technician in Colorado or ability to obtain registration on hire.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Execute prescribed anesthesia plans from pre-anesthesia through recovery and monitoring.
• Perform pain assessment and multimodal analgesia planning.
• Document patient care in anesthesia forms in Smart Flow and EzyVet.
• Set up and troubleshoot anesthesia machines and monitoring equipment.
• Administer a wide range of anesthetic drugs and manage CRI therapy.
• Support patient care across multiple hospital services as needed.
