Responsibilities

• Prepares and anesthetizes animals according to study procedures and protocols.
• Maintains general anesthesia in an operating room setting and administers medications.
• Maintains and troubleshoots anesthesia equipment and monitoring systems.
• Maintains accurate anesthesia records and logs.
• Monitors animal recovery and provides post-procedure care as needed.
