PriorityPet is seeking entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with us and become Medical Directors in a practice we build together. We offer ownership/equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost and provide a brand-new building and state-of-the-art equipment to enable world-class medicine.

Location is completely flexible—tell us where you want to build, and we will provide full support to make it happen for $0 out-of-pocket.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited university and active veterinary state license.
• 3+ years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with experience managing a team and promoting a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide high-quality medicine and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PriorityPet to become Medical Directors of a jointly built practice.
• Deliver world-class veterinary medicine with medical autonomy and leadership.
• Mentor veterinarians and build a positive clinic culture aligned with core values.

Qualifications

Salary Range can vary from $120,000 to $220,000. Determining factor is solely based off experience, qualifications, schedule, compensation structure, and is subjected to change per applicable candidate.
