Alliance Animal Health is seeking talented veterinarians to partner as Medical Directors in a practice we will build together. We offer immediate ownership/equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost and a brand-new building with state-of-the-art equipment to deliver world-class medicine.

Qualifications

• DVM/Veterinary Doctorate and active state license.
• 3+ years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA license or USDA accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with ability to mentor veterinarians.
• Excellent communicator with focus on high‑quality medicine.

Responsibilities

• Partner with us as Medical Director in a practice we will build together.
• Lead and mentor the clinical team while maintaining medical autonomy.
• Support the growth of a network of Urgent Care practices nationwide.
• Deliver world‑class veterinary care in a newly built, state‑of‑the‑art facility.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license
• 3+ Years of Veterinarian Experience
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
• Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture as it aligns with Alliance Animal Health’s core values
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so as well
