PriorityPet is partnering with veterinarians to build Urgent Care practices nationwide, offering immediate ownership/equity with no out-of-pocket costs. The Medical Director will lead a newly constructed, state-of-the-art facility with full business support while enjoying medical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license.
• 3+ Years of Veterinarian Experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture as it aligns with Alliance Animal Health’s core values
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so as well

Responsibilities

• Lead as Medical Director in a practice built with the partner, providing ownership/equity opportunities.
• Deliver world-class veterinary care with business support and autonomy for the physician.

Salary Range can vary from $120,000 to $220,000. Determining factor is solely based off experience, qualifications, schedule, compensation structure, and is subjected to change per applicable candidate.
