Location is completely flexible—tell us where you want to build, and we will supply a brand-new building and world‑class equipment, while you lead and shape your hospital.

We provide comprehensive business support to help you succeed while preserving clinical autonomy and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine and an active veterinary state license.
• 3+ years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader capable of managing a team and promoting a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communicator who mentors other veterinarians.

We are seeking talented and entrepreneurial Veterinarians to partner with us and become Medical Directors in a practice that we will build together. We're offering immediate ownership/equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost!

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license
• 3+ Years of Veterinarian Experience
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
• Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture as it aligns with Alliance Animal Health’s core values
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so as well
