PriorityPet Urgent Care in Lafayette, CO is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to lead as Medical Director and owner. The clinic offers ownership/equity with no out-of-pocket cost and a modern, fully equipped facility.

As a leader you’ll oversee clinical operations, mentor the veterinary team, and shape a positive culture while maintaining autonomy in medicine with business support from Alliance Animal Health.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited university and an active veterinary state license.
• 5+ years of veterinary experience.
• Current DEA license and USDA accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with the experience to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians.

Salary Range can vary from $120,000 to $220,000. Determining factor is solely based off experience, qualifications, schedule, compensation structure, and is subjected to change per applicable candidate.
