PriorityPet Urgent Care is seeking entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with us and become Medical Directors in a practice we will build together. We're offering immediate ownership/equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost and a clear path to leadership, autonomy, and long-term growth.

Location is completely flexible; tell us where you want to build, and we will provide a brand-new facility, state-of-the-art equipment, and full business support to help you deliver world-class medicine

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• 3+ years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with experience managing a team and promoting a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communicator with drive to provide high‑quality medicine and mentor others.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license
• 3+ Years of Veterinarian Experience

Salary Range can vary from $120,000 to $220,000. Determining factor is solely based off experience, qualifications, schedule, compensation structure, and is subjected to change per applicable candidate.
