Job summary

Spencer Animal Hospital in Pasadena, Texas is seeking a part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our AAHA-accredited small animal and exotic general practice. You'll provide compassionate medical care, wellness, dentistry, surgery, and urgent care as workflow allows.

We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience, a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, and a flexible 2–3 day workweek with hospital hours Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–5:30 PM and Saturdays 7:30 AM–12:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from AVMA-accredited college.
• Active Texas veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain).
• Current DEA and TX BNDD License (or ability to obtain).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care for dogs, cats, exotic pets, and small farm animals.
• Collaborate with a supportive, team-driven staff and mentors to grow skills.
• Maintain compassionate client communication and ensure top patient outcomes.
