Job summary

Spencer Animal Hospital is seeking a part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our AAHA-accredited small animal and exotic general practice in Pasadena, Texas. Team-oriented, mentorship-driven environment with opportunities for growth and a flexible part-time schedule.

We welcome new graduates and experienced veterinarians to provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care for dogs, cats, exotics, and small farm animals in a well-equipped, appointment-based hospital.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from AVMA-accredited college.
• Active Texas veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain).
• Current DEA and TX BNDD License (or ability to obtain).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide wellness and preventive care for dogs, cats, and exotics.
• Diagnose and treat a diverse caseload including surgery, dentistry, dermatology, and exotic medicine.
• Maintain AAHA standards and collaborate with a supportive, collaborative team.
• Schedule-based patient care with flexible part-time hours and good client communication.
