UrgentVet in Missouri provides after-hours urgent care for canine and feline patients, offering care without the high fees of emergency clinics. Our clinics operate paperlessly with cloud-based EMR and IDEXX in-house lab equipment, supporting efficient, compassionate service.

We have swing/second shifts, strong clinical support, and opportunities for mentorship within UrgentVet Hospitals in O'Fallon. Join a team devoted to flexible scheduling and high-quality urgent care.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
• Active license in good standing to practice in the state of employment (or ability to obtain license).

Responsibilities

• Serve patients and clients with a relationship-based approach.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and leadership.
• Grow relationships within the St. Louis, Missouri community.
• Support staff through internal LevelUp training program.
• Manage a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments during open hours.

UrgentVet bridges the gap between daytime general practice and emergency/overnight care in the St. Louis, Missouri area. We offer after-hours care for canine and feline patients without the additional expense of emergency clinic fees. Our single-doctor shifts offer care for common urgent cases, including wound management, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and euthanasia. Each of our paperless clinics is specially designed to deliver efficient care and equipped with cloud-based EMR, digital x-ray, and a full suite of IDEXX in-house lab equipment.
