Job summary

Sploot Veterinary Care in Illinois is seeking a licensed DVM to join our 3-4 day workweek with 10-12 hour shifts and no overnights. You will enjoy 45-minute appointments, strong pre-visit triage, and a fully staffed nursing team so you can focus on your patients, not the chaos.

We value collaboration with Medical Directors and a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases. The successful candidate will have Illinois license (or eligibility) and a desire to grow in surgeries and dentals.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Illinois.
• 1+ year of experience preferred.
• Interest in surgeries and dentals; willingness to grow and develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care during 45-minute appointments.
• Collaborate with a fully staffed nursing team and Medical Directors for consults.
• Balance a mix of urgent care and wellness cases while supporting staff.
