Job summary

Sploot Veterinary Care in Colorado is seeking a DVM for Urgent Care + General Practice. Work a flexible 3-4 day week with 10-12 hour shifts and no overnights, supported by a strong nursing team and 45-minute appointments.

We offer a base salary of $130,000-$160,000 with a ProSal plan, sign-on or relocation options, unlimited CE with $2,000 travel reimbursement, full medical insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, generous PTO and up to 12 weeks parental leave, and coverage of licensing and memberships.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Colorado.
• 1+ year preferred (strong mentorship available).
• Comfortable asking questions and excited to grow skills.
• Bonus points for surgeries and dentals experience.
