Job summary

Sploot Veterinary Care in Colorado is seeking an Urgent Care + General Practice clinician. Expect 45‑minute appointments, strong pre‑visit triage, and a fully staffed nursing team so you can focus on your patients rather than the chaos.

We offer a 3–4 day workweek, no overnights, a ProSal model with high production, sign‑on or relocation bonuses, full benefits including 100% employer‑paid medical insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, generous PTO and paid parental leave, plus ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• - DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Colorado.
• - 1+ year experience preferred.
• - Comfortable asking questions and eager to grow skills.
• - Bonus: experience with surgeries and dentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care and general practice medical services.
• Collaborate with an nursing team and Medical Directors for consults.
• Balance urgent care with wellness cases.
