Sploot Veterinary Care in Colorado is seeking a DVM for Urgent Care + General Practice with a 3-4 day schedule and no overnights. You will work alongside a fully staffed nursing team and benefit from a 45-minute appointment structure and dedicated pre-visit triage.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Medical Directors, mentorship for newer veterinarians, and opportunities in surgeries and dentals within a balanced case mix. Salary is competitive with ProSal model.

• 1+ year experience preferred; strong mentorship available.
• Comfortable asking questions and eager to grow and develop skills.
