Job summary

The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is seeking an experienced Porter to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming Veterans Village environment. This in-person, full-time role supports daily cleaning, basic facility tasks, and light maintenance for participants, staff, and visitors.

The ideal candidate can work independently, maintain confidentiality, and follow safety procedures. Responsibilities include sanitizing common areas, stocking restrooms, managing waste, and supporting laundry and outdoor

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities required.
• Knowledge of general cleaning and sanitation practices.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize facilities, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of storage areas.
• Dispose of trash and maintain dumpster areas.
• Assist with laundry rooms and seasonal grounds maintenance as needed.
• Ensure property presents a professional, welcoming appearance.
