Job summary

Tunnel to Towers Foundation seeks an experienced Porter to support cleanliness and safety at our Veterans Village. You will perform daily cleaning, waste removal, minor maintenance, and keep common areas welcoming for veterans, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver's license. This is a full-time, in-person role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• General cleaning and sanitation practices knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google Suite (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize facilities, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Replenish/restock supplies and maintain storage areas.
• Dispose of trash and manage dumpster areas in a clean state.
• Maintain laundry rooms and assist with light maintenance tasks.
• Monitor safety and cleanliness of entrances, parking, and outdoor spaces.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal grounds maintenance as needed.
• Interact professionally with participants, staff, contractors and visitors.
