Collin College is seeking a degree plan specialist to serve veteran students, guiding them through benefits utilization and college planning. The role collaborates with the Credit for Heroes program and CTE students to streamline processes and promote student success.
This grant-funded position requires an associate degree and at least two years of related experience or an equivalent combination, with emphasis on veterans’ enrollment support and confidentiality under FERPA.
We are searching for candidates that meet the required qualifications and experience and are able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
Provide service as a degree plan specialist and resource for veteran students to help guide them in navigating benefits use and successful college planning. The position will work with CTE students and with the Credit for Heroes Program.

Associate degree from an accredited institution.
Two (2) years related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with military personnel required.
