Job summary

Arizona State University’s Pat Tillman Veterans Center at the Polytechnic Campus seeks an Administrative Operations Specialist 2 to support day-to-day operations and veteran services.

Under general direction, you will provide individualized advocacy, coordinate resources with campus partners, and maintain accurate records while upholding FERPA and confidentiality. This is a full-time role with a salary of $40,000–$45,000 per year, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and three years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to provide individualized advocacy, coaching, and holistic support to veterans and military-connected students.
• Knowledge of FERPA, confidentiality, and campus resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized advocacy and holistic support to military-connected students and veterans.
• Coordinate with campus partners to connect students with resources.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation while upholding confidentiality.
• Engage in professional development on military culture, trauma-informed care, and student success.
