Qualifikationen

• Associate’s Degree required and three years of related experience.
• A combination of related education and experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• Experience servicing Veterans, active-duty personnel, spouses, and dependents preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as VA certifying official.
• Administer National Testing Center (CLEP, DANTES, Pearson Vue, etc.).
• Update Banner and Target X as needed.
• Provide academic advising to Veterans and eligible students.
• Respond to inquiries via a multi-line phone system.
• Foster a welcoming environment for students and external/internal customers.
• Maintain accurate student records and supervise VA work-study students.
• Participate in recruitment activities and travel to Wiregrass campuses.
• Collaborate with local agencies related to military and Veterans programs.
