Power Home Remodeling offers a structured SkillBridge program designed for transitioning service members. The 2-4 month experience provides exposure to Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy departments, with a dedicated Pathways team guiding you through the process.

In partnership with the DoW, the program aims to hire participants full-time after completion. A signing bonus is provided to show appreciation for your commitment and contributions during the program.

Qualifications

• Our 2-4 month program is custom-designed for each individual and provides exposure to multiple departments across the business.

Responsibilities

• Revenue: Client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales.
• Operations: Logistics, Project Production, and installation management.
• Craftsman Academy: training transitioning service members to install and run installation crews.
