Power Home Remodeling offers a DoW SkillBridge program for transitioning service members. Over 2-4 months, participants participate in departments across the business with support from a dedicated Pathways team.

The program leads toward full-time employment after completion, with a classroom-to-field exposure across Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy tracks, and benefits designed for veterans and military spouses.

Responsibilities

• Explore Revenue: client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales to learn the business side.
• Explore Operations: roles in Logistics, Project Production, and installation management for high-performing teams.
• Craftsman Academy: training transitioning service members to run installation crews.
