Power Home Remodeling offers a DoD SkillBridge program for transitioning service members. The 2-4 month program exposes participants to Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy, guided by a dedicated Pathways team, with real leadership development and hands-on exposure across departments.

In partnership with DoW, the company aims to hire program graduates full-time after completion and provides a sign-on bonus.
