Power Home Remodeling offers a dedicated SkillBridge program designed for active and transitioning service members and military spouses. The program spans 2–4 months with rotations across Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy, backed by a Pathways team and leaders to ensure a strong professional foundation.

In partnership with DoW, the goal is to recruit veterans into full-time roles after completion, with a sign-on bonus as thanks for commitment and contributions during the program.

• 2- to 4-month SkillBridge program with exposure to multiple departments across the business.
• Dedicated Pathways team and leadership support throughout the program.
• Chance to transition to full-time roles after program and receive a sign-on bonus.
