Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Explain benefits programs such as automobile adaptive equipment, home improvements, and clothing allowance to Veterans.
• Coordinate and monitor durable medical equipment (DME) requests, repairs, and services.
• Act as liaison between clinicians, patients, caregivers and vendors to ensure timely devices and services.
• Monitor contractors and vendors for contract compliance and performance.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to recommend prosthetic devices based on patient needs.
