Job summary

This role requires knowledge of procurement processes, the ability to coordinate multiple DME requests, and effective liaison with healthcare providers, patients, caregivers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of devices and services.

Qualifications

• Citizenship and English language requirements must be met.
• Experience and education combinations acceptable: one year of experience or a relevant degree plus coursework.
• Foreign education and grandfathering provisions may apply.

Responsibilities

• Support to optimize health and independence of Veterans through prosthetic and sensory aid services in VISN, inpatient/outpatient clinics, and domiciliaries.
• Perform the full range of developmental prosthetic and sensory aids assignments and coordinate related requests with health care providers, patients, caregivers, and vendors.
