Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of social services and non-profit sectors helps.
• 2+ years in community engagement or communications, preferably with homelessness or poverty programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach initiatives to locate homeless veterans and families.
• Facilitate program applications, referrals, document collection, and screenings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners.
• Maintain records of asset maps, outreach trackers, and mileage logs.
• Conduct outreach to locate homeless veterans and provide program information.
• Present to community partners to raise awareness of program goals.
• Attend internal, external, and community meetings as required.
