Qualifications

• English language proficiency required by VA standards.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted nursing license in a U.S. state or territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for scheduled and unscheduled encounters.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to support Veterans’ needs.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and self-management.
• Oversee licensed vocational nurses and nursing assistants in the clinic.
• Document all patient interactions accurately per VA policy and standards.
