• English proficiency required for direct patient care.
• Graduate nursing education from ACEN/CCNE accredited programs.
• State nursing license prior to permanent appointment.

• Provides direct patient care and longitudinal care coordination.
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for Veterans.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and supervises staff.
