Job summary

Qualifications
- Six (6) months of general experience
- One year of education above high school with related courses
- Completion of an intensive occupation-related training course of study of less than one year as a NA
- GS-03/GS-04/GS-05 qualification criteria KSAs
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, recovery-focused support in inpatient mental health
- Collaborate with care team and observe/report changes in condition
- Document direct care: vital signs, intake/output, and observations
- Facilitate small group activities to support recovery-oriented care
- Support safety, infection control, and patient-centered care
- Preceptor to other Nursing Assistants and orient clinical staff
