Qualifications

• Education recognized by the U.S. Department of Education from accredited institutions may be used to qualify for federal employment.
• If using foreign education, provide a Certificate of Foreign Equivalency with transcript.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Obtain and record blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and blood glucose in the medical record.
• Support therapy activities under supervision and assist with emergencies and procedures as needed.
• Transport patients off-unit for diagnostics and therapeutic interventions.
