Job summary

St. Vincent de Paul CARES seeks a Case Manager III to assess, monitor, plan, link, and advocate for services for veterans and families under the Supportive Services for Veteran Families program.

You will manage a caseload, coordinate housing goals, and ensure timely access to community resources. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, strong English communications, and experience in crisis intervention and data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field is required.
• Ability to speak and write English and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with data management and documentation requirements.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention for very low-income, homeless veterans.
• Assess strengths, needs, and abilities to set housing goals.
• Design and implement Housing Stability Plans for households.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with program rules and regulations.
• Assist clients in accessing services and resources.
