Job summary

St. Vincent de Paul CARES in Tampa, FL seeks a Case Manager III to assess, plan, link, and advocate for veterans and families in the Supportive Services for Veteran Families program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field is required.
• Minimum two years’ experience serving homeless or at-risk individuals is preferred.
• Ability to navigate government regulations and maintain documentation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and cultural sensitivity skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention for very low-income, homeless veterans.
• Assess strengths and needs to develop housing goals.
• Design and monitor Housing Stability Plans.
• Maintain accurate progress documentation and ensure program compliance.
• Facilitate transition to transitional or permanent housing when appropriate.
