Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with programs, client population, similar populations, or other relevant experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residential staff.

• Must be energetic, dedicated to mission and flexible.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Valid driver's license required. Must meet company insurance requirements and complete a provided driver training course.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the delivery of basic services (shelter, food, hygiene, etc.) to veterans at the facility.
• Maintains a harmonious atmosphere by communicating with clinical staff and upholding a therapeutic community.
• Helps organize and deliver daily client services and support functions.
• Assists in handling client mail and logistics.
• Supports move-in/move-out processes to maximize quality of living.
• Submit incident reports for safety events to supervisors.
