• Ability to draft legal documents under lawyer guidance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Open, organize, and maintain electronic case files.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical and service records.
• Prepare and submit VA forms and appeals.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and deadlines.
• Monitor deadlines and case milestones.
• Assist attorneys with VA claims and Board appeals.
• Coordinate with providers and agencies to obtain records.
