Job summary

One Alkaline Life, LLC is seeking licensed clinicians to practice within our on-site facility, offering turnkey space and comprehensive staff support. You will provide specialized care to VA clients and private patients, while enjoying autonomy to manage your schedule.

Ideal candidates hold an active state license, NPI, malpractice insurance, and have experience with VA community care referrals or are willing to credential.

Qualifications

• Active state license in your discipline (PT, LAc, MD/DO, DC, OT, etc.).
• Independent contractor readiness to join an established facility.
• Familiarity with VA Community Care Network or willingness to credential.
• Active NPI and professional liability insurance.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, veteran-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to VA clients and private patients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per VA guidelines.
• Coordinate treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team when integrated care is needed.
• Maintain licensure and credentialing relevant to your discipline.
