Job summary

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist veterans, dependents and stakeholders in complex VA benefits.
• Represent veterans before officials and prepare documentation for adjudication.
• Maintain confidential records in compliance with data privacy laws and HIPAA.
• Communicate about laws, rules and regulations on VA benefits.
• Prepare and track VA appeals and gather supporting paperwork.
