Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 2 years of professional experience, or equivalent combination.
• Bachelor's degree and experience in higher education, student services, benefits administration, or data entry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage VA enrollment certifications as a School Certifying Official.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Interpret and apply complex federal policies related to benefits.
• Perform detailed record reviews and calculations.
• Organize workflows, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computerized systems including word processing, spreadsheets, email, student information systems, VA platforms, and military education portals.
