Job summary

Health Affiliates Maine is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation for Veterans and case management programs. This role focuses on mentoring staff, strengthening clinical practice, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality, person-centered services.

You'll use your clinical experience to support staff in challenging situations, promote accountability and quality, and collaborate with leadership to advance program development.

Qualifications

  • Holds an independent Maine clinical license; LCSW or LCPC preferred.
  • Has at least three years of clinical experience.
  • Brings strong clinical judgment and an interest in developing and supporting other professionals.
  • Can balance supportive leadership with accountability and quality expectations.
  • Experience working with Veterans, case management, community behavioral health, or complex systems of care is valued.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision, consultation, coaching, and support to case management professionals.
  • Help staff navigate complex clinical situations while developing their own judgment, confidence, and professional skills.
  • Promote a supportive, accountable team culture where staff feel valued and understand how their work contributes to our mission.
  • Provide clinical leadership and consultation within our Veterans programs, supporting services designed to meet the unique needs of Veterans and their families.
  • Collaborate with program and agency leadership to identify opportunities for improved practice, staff development, and service quality.
  • Support staff in meeting clinical documentation, quality MaineCare, licensing, contractual, and program requirements.
  • Review clinical documentation and provide feedback that supports both compliance and quality practice.
  • Share leadership and support- Our Clinical Supervisor work in partnership with an Administrative Supervisor who provides day-to-day support with staff administrative requirements.

Health Affiliates Maine is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our Veterans and Case Management programs. This position provides clinical leadership, consultation, and supervision to professionals serving Veterans and other individuals with complex behavioral health and community support needs.


Rather than carrying a traditional therapy caseload, you'll use your clinical experience to mentor staff, strengthen clinical practice, support sound decision-making, and help teams provide high-quality, person-centered services.


What You'll Do:

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will:



  • Provide clinical supervision, consultation, coaching, and support to case management professionals.
