Leads team members in assigned areas by demonstrating and providing advanced knowledge of clinical responsibilities which includes the provision of individual, group and family therapy services.## **Job Description:**Provides group and individual clinical supervision, coaching, mentoring, and support of team members' clinical performance in the areas of clinical competence, ethics, documentation, and quality management. Provides guidance to team members on the handling of complex or novel issues.
