Job summary

Power Home Remodeling runs a DoW SkillBridge program for transitioning service members. The 2-4 month program provides exposure to multiple departments across the business, supported by a dedicated Pathways team and leadership.

In partnership with DoW, the program aims to hire SkillBridge participants full-time after completion. A sign-on bonus is offered for commitment and contributions during the program; benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• 2-4 month SkillBridge program exposing participants to multiple departments across the business.
• Dedicated Pathways team and leaders provide support and development.
• Focus on transitioning service members and military spouses as a priority candidate pool.

Responsibilities

• Engage with departments across Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy to gain broad business exposure.
• Participate in projects and activities within the program to develop leadership and business acumen.
• Transition to full-time opportunities with Power Home Remodeling after program completion when possible.
