Power Home Remodeling is offering a DoW SkillBridge program tailored for transitioning service members, providing exposure to multiple departments and leadership development across the business. You will gain hands-on experience while being supported by a dedicated Pathways team throughout the 2- to 4-month program.

The program exposes you to Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy tracks, with the goal of transitioning to full-time roles after completion.

Responsibilities

• Revenue: Client-facing positions in Customer Development and Sales that offer the chance to learn the ‘business of the business’ while being surrounded by some of the best leadership in the country.
• Operations: Logistics, Project Production, and installation management positions that allow you to work in high-performing teams to ensure every project is a 5-star experience for our homeowners.
• Craftsman Academy- A customized schoolhouse to train transitioning service members to install and run installation crews for us.
