Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is actively supporting transitioning service members through the DoW SkillBridge program, offering exposure to multiple departments and dedicated Pathways leadership across the business. The program provides hands-on experience in Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy with mentorship from senior leaders.

In partnership with DoW, the goal is to bring SkillBridge participants on full-time after completion.

Responsibilities

• Departments to explore include Revenue (Customer Development and Sales), Operations (Logistics, Project Production, installation management), Craftsman Academy (training transitioning service members to install/run crews).
• Program supports exposure to multiple departments with a dedicated Pathways team and leadership throughout the business.
