Power Home Remodeling offers a 2-4 month SkillBridge program designed for transitioning service members, exposing you to Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy. You will be mentored by a Pathways team and gain hands-on experience across departments to learn the business of the business.

In partnership with DoW, the program aims for full-time placement after completion and includes a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits across a national footprint.

Qualifications

• Active duty servicemembers or veterans transitioning to civilian roles are welcome.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Explore multiple departments during the 2–4 month SkillBridge program.
• Support revenue, operations and installation teams to learn the business.
• Assist with project coordination and craftsman training initiatives.
