Job summary

Power Home Remodeling offers a 2-4 month SkillBridge program designed for active and transitioning service members. Participants gain exposure across Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy while supported by the Pathways team to build leadership and real-world skills.

In partnership with DoW, graduates may transition to full-time roles with sign-on bonuses and comprehensive benefits as they continue to grow with the company across departments nationwide.

Qualifications

• Open to active or transitioning service members participating in SkillBridge program.
• Exposure to multiple departments across the business and leadership.
• Support from Pathways team to ensure a premier SkillBridge experience.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to gain hands-on exposure across Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy.
• Collaborate with Pathways team and business leaders to develop professional skills.
• Assist installation crews and project management to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
