Valor Healthcare Inc is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Houma, Louisiana. The role requires providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services, collaborating with the PACT Team, and educating patients on health management.

The ideal candidate will possess a nursing diploma, at least one year of relevant experience, and current certifications in Basic Life Support and ACLS. We offer a competitive salary and benefits.

Formación

• Minimum one-year experience as an LPN/LVN in a related primary care setting.
• Must be credentialed and remain in good standing through the Veterans Health Administration.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support and ACLS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients.
• Administer medications and observe patients for adverse reactions.
• Conduct routine diagnostic tests and manage patient records.

Conocimientos

Proficiency in written and spoken English

Strong computer skills, including EMR experience

Energetic and optimistic demeanor

Educación

Diploma or certificate of an accredited program of practical or vocational nursing
