A leading company is seeking Veteran Liaison Officers to join their Veterans Evaluation Services team. This remote role involves addressing Veteran concerns, educating them on VA procedures, and handling disputes while providing necessary support for their Compensation and Pension exams.
Description & Requirements Maximus is currently hiring for Veteran Liaison Officers to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team.
This is a remote opportunity.
The Veteran Liaison Officer is responsible for addressing all Veteran clients' concerns, disputes, scheduling requests, and issues that may arise throughout the course of handling VA-requested Compensation and Pension (C&P) exams.
Educate veterans on VES and VA procedures and resolve potential problems.
Respond to negative feedback from Veterans and/or Providers.
Respond to feedback and follow-ups via email or follow-up calls.
- Due to contract requirements, only US Citizens or Green Card holders can be considered for this opportunity.
- Maximus will pay the prevailing wage rate for the location in which the employee is working, as determined by the Department of Labor. That wage rate will vary depending on locality.
An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation.
Please note upon hire, Veteran Evaluation Services (VES), a Maximus Co., will provide all necessary computer equipment to fulfill your role. New hires will not be exempt from using company-provided equipment.
Travel is not permitted; you must remain at your designated home location for all work activities.
