Job summary

Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri (CPSEMO) seeks an experienced SSVF Program Manager to lead our Veterans homelessness prevention efforts across a 14-county rural service area. You will ensure compliance with 38 CFR Part 62, VA guidance, NOFO requirements, and CPSEMO policies while guiding the SSVF team to deliver housing-focused services.

This role does not carry a direct caseload; instead you provide leadership, QA, and systems to support the Case Manager and Health Care Navigator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management or related field.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout CPSEMO's 14-county service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for CPSEMO's SSVF program.
• Ensure activities align with mission, policies, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee daily program operations and ensure effective service delivery.
• Supervise SSVF staff with coaching and performance feedback.
• Monitor program outcomes and ensure VA guidelines compliance.
• Oversee TFA usage and HMIS documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate with VA staff and community partners for housing stability.
